Chardonnay vines grow on classic clay‑limestone soils with a relatively cool exposure, giving the wine tension, minerality and firm acidity. The nose offers white flowers, citrus, green apple and pear, with subtle herbal notes and a touch of honey and spice. On the palate it is straight, lively and very precise, balancing juicy fruit with chalky minerality and a gentle creamy texture.
