| Château Feytit-Clinet is a small, sought-after family estate on the Pomerol plateau. Its 6–7 hectares of vines lie on gravel, sand and clay soils and are planted mainly with Merlot complemented by Cabernet Franc. Old, densely planted vines give naturally low yields and impressive depth. The bouquet reveals dark berries, plum and black cherry with hints of cocoa, truffle and warm spice. On the palate Château Feytit-Clinet is rich, juicy and concentrated, with ripe tannins, layered fruit and a long, generous finish that captures the sensual side of Pomerol. | |
