| Ferrand Cognac Grande Champagne 1er Cru Réserve is made exclusively from eaux-de-vie from the Premier Cru de Cognac and matured for many years in carefully selected oak casks. The bouquet opens with delicate vanilla, dried rose petals and apricot jam, followed by hints of honey and candied citrus. On the palate the Cognac is full-bodied and warming, showing flavours of walnut, cinnamon, liquorice and subtle oak. The texture is rich yet perfectly balanced and always elegant. A long, deep finish brings together ripe fruit, spice and refined oak notes. A complex Cognac to savour slowly after dinner or with fine desserts. | |
