Carefully selected pomace is gently distilled and matured in small oak barrels that previously held fine wines. The result is a layered bouquet of white flowers, citrus, ripe grapes and dried fruit, rounded by vanilla and a hint of almond. On the palate the grappa is soft, rounded and yet lively, with well-integrated alcohol and delicate spice. A subtle sweetness carries the long, aromatic finish without ever becoming cloying.
