The bouquet reveals lemon, lime and white peach alongside notes of pear, aniseed, white pepper and crushed chalk. On the palate the wine is concentrated and taut, with energetic acidity and a salty, sapid finish that lingers. Fine oak is perfectly integrated and underscores the cool, stony freshness.
