In the glass it shines golden, with aromas of lemon oil, candied citrus peel, quince, ripe pear and honey. On the palate this Auslese is rich and creamy yet carried by pinpoint acidity, showing flavours of yellow stone fruit, citrus and a hint of herbal tea. The natural sweetness is perfectly balanced by the slate‑driven minerality and stretches into a long, elegant finish.
