| Pol Roger Rosé is crafted from a selection of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, with a portion of still red wine added to achieve its delicate colour and structure. After the secondary fermentation, the bottles rest for several years on the lees, building texture and complexity. The wine displays a pale salmon hue and a stream of very fine bubbles. Aromas of raspberry, redcurrant and wild strawberry are lifted by notes of rhubarb, exotic fruit and rose petals. On the palate it is silky, juicy and precise, with lively acidity and gentle tannins.
