The grapes come from Leithaberg vineyards with calcareous soils and are carefully harvested by hand. The bouquet combines ripe stone and orchard fruits, citrus, herbs and a hint of smoky minerality. On the palate the wine shows volume and a fine creamy texture while remaining dry and taut. Well-knit acidity and a salty, spicy edge give length and drive.
