After distillation it matures for several years in oak casks, gaining colour, depth and finesse. On the nose it offers notes of ripe grapes, dried fruit, vanilla and delicate spice. The palate is soft, rounded and well balanced, with an elegant sweetness and a warm, harmonious finish. Its combination of gentle fruit, oak nuances and creamy texture makes it an ideal after-dinner digestif.
