Angerhof Tschida's Muskat Ottonel Auslese combines aromatic precision with the elegance of the Neusiedlersee region. Muscat blossom, lavender, pale flowers and pure grape fruit shape the nose, joined by a cool mineral impression. Fermentation and ageing in stainless steel preserve clarity and freshness. On the palate it shows finesse, a lightly saline touch and a silky line of acidity. The sweetness feels dancing, airy and finely woven into the wine. A delicate mint note adds charm to the finish. Serve it with pâtés, sweet-and-sour Asian dishes, spicy cheese, strudel or dumplings.
