Domaine Belleville Rully rouge Chaponnières 2020 0,75l

Belleville Rully rouge Chaponnieres comes from a single vineyard in Rully with clay-limestone soils that produce particularly fine-boned Pinot Noir. The wine spends around one year in barriques, a proportion of them new, adding structure without dominating the fruit. The nose opens with red and dark berries, raspberry, cherry and blackberry, supported by hints of violet, smoke and delicate spice. On the palate it is juicy and precise, with silky, tightly knit tannins and a fresh, chalky acidity. The texture remains elegant and light on its feet while the fruit stays pure and luminous. The long, mineral-driven finish recalls red berries, forest floor and discreet oak. A classic Rully that pairs beautifully with poultry, veal, mushroom dishes or an elegant selection of charcuterie.

Domaine Belleville

The grape variety: Pinot Noir

Pinot Noir is a refined red grape known for red cherry, raspberry, floral notes, spice and silky tannins. It is most famous in Burgundy but thrives in many cool-climate regions.

It pairs beautifully with duck, roast chicken, mushrooms, salmon, pork and game birds. Its fascination lies in finesse, fragrance and the way it expresses origin. Pinot Noir
