Campo Elíseo from Toro is a powerful red wine made from Tinta de Toro, shaped by old vines and poor, stony soils. The bouquet reveals dark berries, black cherry and plum alongside hints of smoke, graphite, cocoa and toasted oak. On the palate the wine is dense and juicy yet precise, with concentrated fruit, spicy wood notes, a touch of liquorice and subtle coffee tones. The tannins are ripe and assertive but remain silky, supported by a firm, well‑integrated acidity. The long finish brings together dark fruit, spice, minerality and a hint of bittersweet chocolate. A characterful Toro that pairs beautifully with braised beef, lamb, game dishes or mature hard cheeses.

Maturation in French oak barrelss gives the Tinta de Toro power, structure, and spicy depth.
