This sweet sparkling wine is made from Moscato grapes grown in the Veneto and produced carefully using the Charmat method. After gentle pressing, the must ferments at controlled temperatures before a second fermentation in stainless-steel tanks creates the fine mousse. The bouquet is intensely aromatic, with scents of Muscat grapes, acacia blossom, honey and ripe peach. On the palate the wine is sweet but far from heavy, showing juicy fruit, moderate carbonation and a refreshing, fruit-driven style. The typical Muscat character lingers into a medium-length, softly rounded finish. A playful sparkling dessert wine that pairs beautifully with fruit tarts, sorbets or simply enjoyed on its own.

The second fermentation in stainless steel using the Charmat method preserves the sweet, fresh Moscato aromatics.
