Calle 23 Blanco is a crystal-clear tequila made from 100% Blue Weber agave grown in the highlands of Los Altos de Jalisco. The agaves are harvested fully ripe, slowly cooked and gently distilled to preserve their fresh, spicy character. On the nose, citrus, green apple, fresh herbs and the lightly sweet note of cooked agave come to the fore. The palate is clean, lively and dry in style, with lime, white pepper, herbal tones and a distinct mineral line. The texture is silky and the alcohol is beautifully integrated, making it enjoyable both neat and in classic cocktails. The finish lingers with agave sweetness, citrus and a fine peppery bite. A precise, modern blanco that puts agave centre stage and works perfectly in Margaritas, Palomas or simply sipped neat.
