Castello Bonomi Franciacorta Brut Cru Perdu comes from hillside vineyards in the southern part of Franciacorta and is crafted from Chardonnay and Pinot Nero. Part of the base wine is aged in oak before the cuvée spends an extended period on the lees in bottle. The wine shows a bright straw-yellow colour with a fine, persistent mousse. On the nose, citrus and ripe yellow fruit mingle with hints of tropical notes, brioche, roasted nuts and a touch of honey. The palate is creamy and structured yet refreshing, supported by lively acidity and a long, mineral finish. An elegant Franciacorta for refined aperitifs, seafood and festive moments.

After initial fermentation in steel and wood, the cuvée matures before bottle fermentation; more than 36 months of bottle ageing bring complexity and fine freshness.
