M.Chapoutier Belleruche,Côtes du Rhône ROUGE 2024 0,75l

M. Chapoutier Belleruche Côtes du Rhône Rouge is a classic southern Rhône blend based mainly on grenache and syrah grown on clay-limestone soils. Grapes are harvested at full phenolic maturity to preserve both freshness and ripe fruit. The nose offers blackberry, blackcurrant and ripe plum alongside raspberry, white pepper, dried herbs and a touch of roasted notes. On the palate the wine is juicy, medium to full-bodied and supple, with silky tannins and a generous, fruity core. Balanced acidity keeps the wine lively and drinking smoothly. Its combination of spice, fruit and soft structure makes it a versatile partner for grilled meats, hearty stews, pasta dishes and Mediterranean-inspired cuisine.

Ageing in concrete and stainless steels preserves the fruit and gives the wine a clear, powerful frame.

M.Chapoutier

In Northern Rhône, the Maison M. Chapoutier has shaped the Côtes du Rhône Nord since 1808—then rewrote its modern chapter in 1990 when Michel Chapoutier took the helm. Biodynamic farming, living soils and meticulous parcel work define their steep slopes from Hermitage to Saint‑Joseph and Cornas, on granite, rolled stones and clay‑limestone seams....

The grape variety: Grenache

Grenache, also called Garnacha or Garnatxa, produces warm, fruit-driven red wines with raspberry, strawberry, spice, soft tannins and Mediterranean character.

It pairs with lamb, grilled meats, tapas, vegetable stews, barbecue and herb-rich dishes, and is also central to many GSM blends. Grenache
