Grapes are harvested at full phenolic maturity to preserve both freshness and ripe fruit. The nose offers blackberry, blackcurrant and ripe plum alongside raspberry, white pepper, dried herbs and a touch of roasted notes. On the palate the wine is juicy, medium to full-bodied and supple, with silky tannins and a generous, fruity core. Balanced acidity keeps the wine lively and drinking smoothly.
