Dhondt Grellet
In Flavigny near Avize in Champagne, Dhondt Grellet represents a modern, terroir-minded grower approach from the Côte des Blancs. Éric Dhondt and Édith Grellet began bottling their own Champagne in 1986 instead of selling fruit to houses; Adrien Dhondt has guided the domaine since 2012 with renewed precision.The family works parcels in Cuis, Cramant, the Sézannais and other sites, often on chalk-rich soils and with a clear focus on Chardonnay. Separate vinification by origin, barrel work, reserve wines and low dosage shape the house style while keeping each source legible. These Champagnes combine Burgundian thinking with unmistakable Champagne identity, giving Vinofant customers artisanal depth and a refined sense of discovery. The dialogue between chalk, parcel and precise craft is central to the domaine.
