DiamAndes de Uco Viognier – An experience for true connoisseurs
DiamAndes de Uco Viognier is sourced from high-altitude vineyards in the Uco Valley, where cool nights and intense sunlight shape highly aromatic grapes. Part of the wine is aged in French oak while the rest stays in stainless steel, building gentle structure without sacrificing freshness. The bouquet is expressive, with white flowers, peach and apricot alongside citrus notes, mandarin and a hint of fresh almonds. On the palate this viognier is silky, juicy and slightly waxy in texture, showing ripe stone fruit and subtle flinty minerality. Lively acidity keeps the generous flavours in balance and adds a mouth-watering lift. The long, floral finish makes it a versatile white to pair with fragrant starters, Asian-influenced dishes, poultry and soft-ripened cheeses.
