The bouquet offers ripe peach, lychee and citrus, supported by floral nuances and a touch of caramel. On the palate the wine is concentrated yet very precise, with juicy fruit, saline tension and beautifully integrated acidity. Extended lees ageing adds creaminess while preserving freshness. This cuvée pairs brilliantly with delicate fish, shellfish, risotto and sophisticated vegetable dishes and will reward some years of cellaring. | |
