Pure Chardonnay grown on marl and limestone delivers both concentration and freshness with a very precise aromatic profile. In the glass the wine shows a bright golden hue and aromas of ripe apple, lemon, white flowers, a touch of honey and stone fruit. On the palate it is creamy and full‑bodied yet carried by lively acidity, revealing flavours of apple, citrus, fine toast and a hint of vanilla. Extended ageing on the lees adds depth, gentle spice and a long, mineral‑driven finish.
