Tejca Vedrignano II Cru from Domaine Vicomte de Noüe‑Marinič expresses a particularly mineral, finely etched style of Chardonnay from Goriška Brda. Whole‑cluster pressing and spontaneous fermentation are followed by ageing in wood and stainless steel. The bouquet offers ripe peach, lychee and citrus, supported by floral nuances and a touch of caramel. On the palate the wine is concentrated yet very precise, with juicy fruit, saline tension and beautifully integrated acidity. Extended lees ageing adds creaminess while preserving freshness. This cuvée pairs brilliantly with delicate fish, shellfish, risotto and sophisticated vegetable dishes and will reward some years of cellaring.

Barrique ageing followed by stainless steel ageing combines fine oak influence with clear fruit and fresh structure.
