Erigone Chardonnay Ossech V Cru from Vini Noüe Marinic comes from a single hillside vineyard in Goriška Brda. Pure Chardonnay grown on marl and limestone delivers both concentration and freshness with a very precise aromatic profile. In the glass the wine shows a bright golden hue and aromas of ripe apple, lemon, white flowers, a touch of honey and stone fruit. On the palate it is creamy and full‑bodied yet carried by lively acidity, revealing flavours of apple, citrus, fine toast and a hint of vanilla. Extended ageing on the lees adds depth, gentle spice and a long, mineral‑driven finish. A powerful yet refined Chardonnay that shines alongside noble fish, shellfish, poultry in sauce or rich pasta and risotto dishes.

Ageing in stainless steel and small oak combines creamy fullness with mineral freshness and fine Chardonnay texture.
