Erigone Ribolla Gialla Gaugnaz I Cru from Vini Noüe Marinic comes from the steep Gaugnaz single vineyard in Goriška Brda, where Ribolla Gialla grows on marl and limestone. In the glass the wine shows a pale straw colour with golden highlights and aromas of citrus, ripe peach, white flowers, herbs and a touch of candied lemon peel. On the palate it is full yet taut, with juicy, well‑integrated acidity and flavours of citrus, stone fruit and fine, smoky minerality. The long finish recalls sage and wet stones and carries a delicate, pleasantly bitter note that adds tension. An elegant, characterful Ribolla Gialla that pairs beautifully with shellfish, grilled fish, vegetable dishes, white meats or mild cheeses.

Stainless steel tank ageing keeps floral freshness, yellow fruit and a mineral finish clearly in focus.
