| Sakura Cask is a single malt from the Kurayoshi Distillery that has been matured in casks made from Japanese cherry wood. This unusual maturation brings a sweet, floral profile with notes of cherry blossom, light fruit and gentle malt. The nose reveals blossom honey, red berries, a touch of vanilla and fresh mint. On the palate the whisky is soft and silky, showing sweet oak, delicate fruit, hints of tobacco leaf and mild spice.
