| Excellia Tequila Blanco is crafted in the highlands of Los Altos de Jalisco from 100% Blue Weber agave and traditionally double-distilled in copper pot stills. After distillation it rests for a few weeks in grand cru Sauternes and Cognac barrels, which lend a faint golden hue and extra aromatic layers. On the nose, fresh agave meets notes of clove, tobacco and toasted brioche, lifted by citrus zest and subtle vanilla. The palate is soft, dry and complex, offering a mix of spice, vanilla, bright fruit and a touch of leather. The mouthfeel is creamy and the finish long, with lingering dried spices and delicate floral hints. Perfect for sipping neat, over ice or as an indulgent base for top-class cocktails. | |
