Fercullen Single Grain Irish Whiskey is drawn from rare casks of grain whiskey matured for over a decade in white oak and finished in fresh bourbon barrels. The nose is filled with sweet vanilla, citrus, honey, gentle spice and almonds, with candied orange and soft oak. On the palate it is complex, smooth and appealingly sweet, offering barley notes, ripe fruit and delicate caramel spice. The structure is rounded yet lively, retaining great elegance. A long, silky finish of vanilla and toasted oak invites another sip. A characterful single grain that shines neat, on the rocks or in sophisticated whiskey cocktails.
