Gautier Cognac VSOP is crafted by one of the oldest houses in Aigre, where the eaux‑de‑vie mature in a former watermill above the Osme river. This blend from several Cognac crus shines with deep amber hues and opens on generous aromas of candied fruit, vanilla and toasted oak. On the palate it is smooth and perfectly balanced, revealing dried fig, gentle spice and a touch of floral honey. The body is full yet never heavy, leading into a long, harmonious finish.
