Gin Sul is a handcrafted dry gin from Hamburg with deep Portuguese roots. Produced in small batches at the Altonaer Spirituosen Manufaktur, it is distilled from juniper, coriander, fresh lemons from the Costa Vicentina, rosemary, allspice, lavender, cinnamon and the intensely aromatic rockrose. The nose combines Mediterranean citrus brightness with spicy juniper and gentle herbal notes. On the palate Gin Sul is smooth, pure and highly aromatic, with harmoniously integrated spice and a long, slightly salty finish that evokes sea breeze and southern holidays. Excellent served neat over ice, in a classic gin and tonic or in creative cocktails.
