This single cask opens on aromas of fruit salad, mint, toffee and soft florals, wrapped in gentle sherry richness. On the palate it is rich and fruity, showing candied orange peel, raisins, vanilla, menthol and fine oak spice. The texture is rounded and creamy yet remains lively and engaging.
