At Grans-Fassian in Leiwen on the Mosel, Germany, family history reaches back to 1624. Since 1982 Grans-Fassian has also stood for a deliberate focus on top dry wines. Hand-picking, precise must handling, long élevage and a lucid understanding of Riesling create a Mosel voice that is elegant, pure and carried by fascinating mineral tension.
