Domaines Hine Bonneuil 2012 is a single-estate cognac from Grande Champagne and comes from one harvest. The bottling reflects Hine’s aim to stay close to the wine and to the character of Premier Cru soils. After about a decade in oak casks, it appears smooth, fragrant and finely composed. Hazelnut, blond tobacco, coffee and pastry notes define the aromatic profile. The texture is supple, almost silky, revealing its flavours gradually. Served chilled, it can pair elegantly with oysters, Pata Negra ham or sashimi. A modern, terroir-driven cognac with a clear sense of origin.
