Riesling Graacher Himmelreich Auslese from Joh, Jos, Prüm is sourced from cool slate slopes around Graach on the middle Mosel. Late, selective harvesting yields grapes of great finesse and purity. The bouquet offers white peach, citrus, mint, fresh herbs and a gentle smoky touch. On the palate the Auslese is crystal clear, juicy and delicately sweet, carried by vibrant acidity and a very fine texture. Slate minerality adds tension and impressive length. The finish is long, citrus driven and cool. A legendary Mosel Riesling that shines with refined desserts, blue cheese and fragrant dishes with mild heat.
