KOPOS Marsala Fine Ambra Semi-Secco is a classic fortified wine from the Sicilian port of Marsala. Its amber colour comes from the use of cooked must and matured base wines. The bouquet combines caramel, dried fruit and nutty aromas. On the palate the Marsala is velvety, semi-dry and complex, with gentle sweetness and well-balanced acidity. It is ideal for enriching sauces for veal or poultry, for zabaglione and other desserts or simply as a contemplative glass after a meal.

One year in oak barrels gives this Marsala amber-toned maturity, gentle sweetness and spicy caramel notes.
