Born between Parisian bar culture and the historic liqueur craftsmanship of Dijon, Kota Pandan Liqueur reflects a dialogue of worlds. Created by bartender Nico de Soto in collaboration with Maison Gabriel Boudier, it channels the aromatic identity of pandan into a contemporary spirit defined by precision and curiosity.

Fresh pandan leaves are carefully macerated in neutral spirit before distillation refines their complex botanical profile. The result captures a layered interplay of nutty warmth, subtle vegetal tones and soft sweetness—an interpretation of Southeast Asia’s “vanilla” through the lens of modern European liqueur-making.
