On the palate the wine is fresh, feather-light and yet surprisingly concentrated, with citrus, quince and a fine mineral streak. Juicy acidity makes it highly drinkable and emphasises the cool, linear style. The finish is long, herbal and slightly salty, echoing stone fruit and citrus zest.
