The bouquet offers honeydew melon, ripe apple and a hint of lemon balm over delicate yeast notes. On the palate the wine is creamy and rounded, with flavours of banana and lychee. Juicy, well‑integrated acidity keeps everything fresh and easy to drink. The texture is smooth without heaviness, and the finish recalls yellow fruit and a gentle leesy creaminess.
