Pol Roger’s Blanc de Blancs is crafted exclusively from Chardonnay sourced from Grand Cru vineyards of the Côte des Blancs and aged for many years on its lees. This extended maturation creates an exceptionally fine mousse and a creamy, enveloping texture. Aromas of lemon zest, white flowers and green apple mingle with hints of roasted almonds and brioche. On the palate the wine is concentrated yet linear, driven by chalky minerality and vibrant acidity. The ripe fruit is perfectly balanced by subtle toasty notes, giving depth without heaviness. A refined Blanc de Blancs that shines as an apéritif and pairs beautifully with oysters, shellfish and delicate fish.
