Cuvée Louise by Pommery is the house’s iconic prestige Champagne, sourced from a selection of top Chardonnay and Pinot Noir vineyards. Following bottle fermentation, the wine spends many years maturing in the chalk cellars, gaining depth and complexity. The bouquet reveals fresh brioche, roasted nuts, marzipan and citrus peel, framed by delicate floral notes. On the palate it is intense yet perfectly streamlined, with a very fine mousse, creamy texture and a refined saline minerality.
