Prunier Cognac Millésimé Borderies 52.8% 1978 0,7l

Prunier Cognac Millésime Borderies comes from one of the smallest and most distinctive crus in Cognac. Long ageing in oak allows the single-vintage spirit to develop remarkable complexity. The nose offers floral tones, citrus, candied orange peel and fine spice, alongside toffee, roasted nuts and a touch of rancio. On the palate the Cognac is dense, silky and very deep, with flavours of honey, chocolate and gently spicy oak. Natural cask strength brings power yet remains beautifully integrated. The long, structured finish lingers with violet, nutty nuances and refined sweetness. A superb choice for enthusiasts of characterful vintage Cognac.

Prunier
