The bouquet shows dried fruits, orange peel and floral honey, layered with vanilla, toasted oak and a hint of rancio. On the palate the Cognac is concentrated, silky and powerful, with flavours of caramel, nuts and spicy wood. Natural cask strength is beautifully integrated, adding drive and length. The finish lingers with warm fruit, delicate spice and a subtle mineral freshness.
