Ruinart Blanc de Blancs is the luminous Chardonnay expression of this historic Champagne house. The grapes come mainly from Premier Cru sites in the Côte des Blancs and are vinified with great delicacy. The bouquet combines ripe citrus with juicy pear, white peach and floral notes, lifted by a touch of ginger and pink pepper. On the palate the Champagne is silky, creamy and highly precise, with very fine bubbles and elegant chalky minerality. Fresh acidity drives the length and keeps the wine vibrant. An exquisite aperitif and a perfect match for seafood, delicate fish dishes and refined cuisine.
