A short maceration extracts colour and flavour while preserving finesse. The bouquet bursts with wild strawberries, raspberries, pomegranate and hints of blood orange. On the palate the wine is broad yet precise, with a fine, creamy mousse and intense red‑berry fruit. Racy acidity and a refined mineral backbone lead into a long, savoury finish.
