Sommer Sauvignon Blanc Sandstein 2025 0,75l

Sommer Sauvignon Blanc Sandstein captures the aromatic personality of the Leithaberg hills with remarkable precision. Vines rooted in sandy stone on the lower slopes benefit from warm days and cool nights, giving tension and freshness. The bouquet bursts with gooseberry, grapefruit and exotic hints of mango and papaya, framed by green capsicum and meadow herbs. On the palate the wine is crystal-clear, dry and very juicy, driven by lively acidity and a fine, salty minerality. Concentrated fruit without heaviness makes it extremely easy to drink. A versatile partner for asparagus, fish and Asian-inspired cuisine or simply a characterful aperitif.
