| Strablegg-Leitner Junger is the fresh herald of the new vintage from southern Styria. This cuvée of aromatic varieties such as Gelber Muskateller and Sauvignon Blanc is harvested early and bottled young to capture maximum vibrancy. In the glass it shows a bright pale yellow with greenish highlights. The bouquet offers citrus, crisp apple, hints of exotic fruit and a touch of elderflower. On the palate the young wine is dry, zesty and fruit-driven, with lively acidity and a light, easy-drinking body. Its uncomplicated, juicy style immediately invites another sip. Perfect as an aperitif, with cold platters, light starters or grilled dishes enjoyed with friends. | |
