Val de Rance Cidre Bouché Breton Brut is produced in Brittany by the Les Celliers Associés cooperative using carefully selected traditional cider apples. The bouquet offers juicy green and yellow apple, hints of baked apple, brioche and a touch of caramel and citrus. On the palate this cider is dry, finely sparkling and very well balanced, with a lively interplay of gentle sweetness and fresh acidity. The texture remains light and smooth while the delicate mousse highlights the pure apple fruit. It finishes refreshingly crisp with a subtly yeasty, spicy echo. Serve well chilled as an aperitif, with crêpes, savoury galettes or light summer dishes.
