Michael Wenzel Pinot Gris Voodoo Child Wild & Free is an orange wine from Pinot Gris whose extended skin contact gives it a reddish hue and plenty of power. On the nose it shows crunchy light fruit, wild strawberries and rhubarb alongside citrus zest, floral notes and subtle herbal spice. On the palate Voodoo Child is juicy and gripping, with fine tannins, lively acidity and lots of drinkability. The texture is dense without feeling heavy, while the flavours dance between berries, stone fruit and savoury hints.
