| PSI from Bodega y Viñedos Alnardo is the signature project of Peter Sisseck in Ribera del Duero. Grapes from numerous old Tempranillo vineyards are carefully vinified to capture the regional identity as purely as possible. On the nose it displays red and dark berries, floral notes and a touch of herbal spice. The palate is juicy, fresh and at the same time profound, with fine-grained tannins and excellent balance. Ageing mainly in used barrels keeps the fruit in the foreground while subtle oak adds structure. A refined, modern Ribera del Duero that combines authenticity, drinkability and outstanding craftsmanship. | |
