Only overripe, botrytised berries are carefully hand-selected to create an intensely fruity dessert wine. On the nose it offers aromas of mandarin jelly, ripe apples, pears, exotic fruit and a hint of blossom honey. The palate is creamy and concentrated yet still lively, with fresh, fruit-driven acidity.
