This rosé Crémant de Limoux brings Chardonnay, Chenin and Pinot Noir together in a charming, layered cuvée. Chardonnay gives structure, Chenin adds freshness, and Pinot Noir contributes colour, volume and red-fruit character. Fine bubbles lift aromas of fresh flowers, wild strawberry and other small red berries. Citrus notes provide a crisp, invigorating counterpoint. The Extra Brut palate is juicy yet subtle, balancing generous fruit with dry tension. Its finish remains elegant, fresh and neatly defined. In the high vineyards of Limoux in southern France, Antech represents a family tradition dating to 1860 and sparkling wines shaped by place.
