This rosé Crémant de Limoux brings Chardonnay, Chenin and Pinot Noir together in a charming, layered cuvée. Chardonnay gives structure, Chenin adds freshness, and Pinot Noir contributes colour, volume and red-fruit character. Fine bubbles lift aromas of fresh flowers, wild strawberry and other small red berries. Citrus notes provide a crisp, invigorating counterpoint. The Extra Brut palate is juicy yet subtle, balancing generous fruit with dry tension. Its finish remains elegant, fresh and neatly defined. Enjoy it as an aperitif or with salmon tartare, prawns, summery starters and lightly sweet red-fruit desserts.
The rosé spends 18 months on lees in the traditional method and shows a creamy, refined texture.
